FEATURE FILMS

CollabFeature is a group of 25 independent filmmakers from all over the world (14 countries) who have come together to create a feature film made up of multiple individual stories. Each filmmaker writes and directs his or her own small segment of the film in his or her own country. By pooling our talents and resources, we hope to make something bigger than the sum of its parts — a kind of film that has never been made before. I directed the (only) French segment. Lucid a psychological thriller feature film script written by  brilliant English screenwriter James Hancock, adaptated by myself is moving forward with Coffee Films. Xavier Gens (Frontier(s) and Hitman’s director) has agreed to be Lucid‘s Executive Producer!  Several famous international actors are already attached to the project. Rainemaker production in UK asked me to direct their next feature film. “The debt inherited” is a very strong dark comedy script from the talented Niki Sheldrake. Several very good english actors are already attached to the project.

I’m working on Maria, my feature film script. I’ve been through  a writing workshop  for a period of 9 months during which I developed it according to the rules of dramaturgy by Yves Lavandier (workshop supervised by George Ruquet). Maria is a paranormal drama set up in a psychiatric hospital.

With Christophe Martinolli we are working on a long version of our short script Red Price. The clients and employees of an important cultural shop (like HMV) are being held hostage. The entire story takes place in the staff coffee room. A claustrophobic dark comedy. Full Synopsis available.

TV FICTIONS

With Christophe Martinolli and Grégory Reti we are writing a concept for a fictional TV comedy Hands in pockets. Here’s the pitch: “Two former old friends are forced to work together again on a documentary based on their 10 past years. They have to go through it to be friends again. We will see them through their sentimental life, friendship and work from their arrival in Paris in the year 2000 till now” Full Synopsis and concept available.

With Gregory reti we are writing “60 billions of friends” a TV comedy based on a funny concept halfway between animation and fiction. The pitch: Benjamin surprises his young nefew making some holes in his condoms. Why? Because he wants his uncle to have a baby. Benjamin is now forced to find all the girls he had sex with the last past month, and there is a lot of girls… At the same time we follow his sperm trying to find the egg on every women Benjamin had sex with. Who will win this race? Benjamin or his sperm? Full synopsis available.

SHORTS SERIES

I am developing 3 short TV series projects with Gregory RETI. Full concepts are available for reading.

Post Coïtum: 8 bedrooms, at different times and in different locations. Couples and singles of all ages, from different ethnic groups, straights or gays… But also a polygamic sultan, are going through all the problems related to sexuality and love that humans/people have experienced for centuries. 1mn per episode.

Faustine: a modern version of the Faust myth. A super sexy female demon “tries to help” humans with their sexually oriented problems (changing their problems to other problems).

Antenne Dieu: Heaven and Hell have their own TV channels. They see TV through two very different ways: Antenne Dieu is very Old School, very puritan, and HELL ONE is very trash TV oriented. This very funny series is meant to fit to the live news.

SHORT FILM SCRIPTS

Je ne suis pas morte a 10mn horror short movie script written by brilliant English screenwriter James Hancock will be produced by French production companies U-FILMS and Jawls. Casting is done, Xavier Gallais, a promising french actor accepted to play the main character!

Stay with me a short movie co-written with Laurence Maurin ready to be shot. A paranormal “behind closed door” drama, an original ghost story.

The other one a scary short movie co-written with Olivier Solère,  halfway between  schizophrenia and paranormal with a chocking ending is looking for a producer. 10 mn

DOCUMENTARY
